4. Begin your project
Once approved, your custom windows and doors go into production at our London, Ontario facility, and our own factory-trained installers schedule your installation. We do not hire subcontractors.
Ontario Home Renovation Savings Program
Can I Combine Financing
with Ontario Rebates?
You may be able to pair financing with the province’s Home Renovation Savings Program, which offers $100 per window or door rough opening for ENERGY STAR® certified products, which can be combined with our current offer of $500 off window & door, and pay nothing for 12 months.
Financing covers the upfront cost, and the rebate arrives later as a reimbursement you can put toward your balance. We will walk you through what currently applies during your consultation, so you know exactly what you qualify for.

Yes. It is an unsecured, open-ended loan which means you can pay it off early without any penalty at anytime. You can also make additional payments during the life of the loan both of which would reduce the interest you would have paid.
Your financing is an unsecured loan, so it is not tied to your property and does not need to be paid off when you sell your home. You remain responsible for the remaining balance and continue making payments as scheduled until the loan is paid in full.
You can finance projects up to $150,000, depending on approval.
